第一节- 停车

1. 所有教师, 工作人员 and 学生 must register their vehicles with Enrollment Services' Office and display a valid parking permit while parking on any of the 4001百老汇会员登录 campuses.

2. Vehicles may only park in areas where the class of permit they have received is valid.

6. All overnight Viking Woods visitors are required to register their vehicles and obtain a visitor's pass from the Viking Woods 住房 Office.

8. No person shall park in a designated handicapped space without a state issued handicapped placard. 教师, 工作人员, and 学生 who are eligible to access Handicap 停车 spaces are also required to display the appropriate College parking permit (faculty, 学生, 居民)停车许可证以及国家颁发的残障牌. JCCPD may also authorize a towing company to remove abandoned property or property parked in a restricted area where posted.

4. 任何车辆不得粗心或轻率地操作. Every person operating a motor vehicle on 4001百老汇会员登录 property shall drive the vehicle in a careful and prudent manner so as not to endanger the property or another or the life or limb of any person and shall exercise the highest degree of care.
    
5. Pedestrians' Right-of-Way in Crosswalks: when traffic control signals are not in place or not in operation the driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way, 减速或停止，如果需要这样让步, to a pedestrian crossing the roadway within a crosswalk when the pedestrian is upon the half of the roadway upon which the vehicle is traveling, or when the pedestrian is approaching so closely from the opposite half of the roadway as to be in danger.
   
   No pedestrian shall suddenly leave a curb or other place of safety and walk or run into the path of a vehicle which is so close that it is impossible for the driver to yield.
6. All vehicle operators are required to obey directions given to them by any Campus Police Officer or designated law enforcement official.
