Electronic checks are electronic withdraws from either your checking or savings bank account. This method is a secure and convenient way to pay your account balance and offers the following benefits:

• No waiting in lines or paying for postage
• No additional 费用 or percentages charged for electronic checks
• Payment applied to your account faster, eliminating the check transit time in the mail
• E-checks are safe and secure, no more lost or stolen paper checks

2) 现金, Paper Checks and Money Orders
现金, paper checks and money orders will be accepted at the 收银员s’ windows at all Jefferson College locations. Please consider the following when paying by any of these methods:

• Post-dated checks will not be accepted.  Please do NOT send CASH through the mail.

Credit and debit cards can be used to make on-line payments only and will no longer be accepted over the telephone, 在收银台的窗口, 通过邮件, 或传真.  The following applies to both credit and debit card payments:

• A non-refundable service fee of 2.85% (minimum $3 fee) will be charged for on-line credit/debit card payments. 
• Payment for your account balance will be noted as JEFFERSON COLLEGE on your credit card statement.  Payment for service 费用 will be noted as 国家统计局 JEFFCO SERVICE FEES as a separate line on your monthly credit card statement

Payment methods effective May 4, 2015

停车许可证

停车 Permits are required for student parking are available for purchase at the Enrollment Services Counter:

• JCH -学生中心，一楼
• JCA -主大厅
• JCI -总部

The purchase price for each permit is $10. 现金、支票或网上支付. 停车 permits are valid for one year from the beginning of the fall semester through the end of the summer semester. Please have the following information with you:

• 学生证
• Vehicle 信息rmation (Year, Make, Vehicle Color, and License Plate #)
  
  

Viking Woods Residents will need the same vehicle information above, but should obtain parking permits through the 住房 department.

汽车登记

• Faculty, staff, and students are required to register their vehicles with Enrollment Services.
• A valid parking tag must be displayed at all times while parking on any 4001百老汇会员登录 Campus.

     
汽车停车

• No vehicle may be parked or left unattended on any roadway, driveway, loading, or unloading area. 
• Vehicles may not block a sidewalk at any time. 
• 停车 is prohibited in any area designated as a "no parking" area by sign or curb/space painting. 
• 停车 on grass is strictly prohibited, and no vehicle may occupy more than one space.
• Vehicles may only park in areas where the class of permit they have received is valid.
• Only visitors may occupy spaces designated as "visitor parking".  Faculty, staff, students, food service employees, etc., are all considered members of 4001百老汇会员登录 and are not permitted to park in visitor spaces.
• 停车 regulations are enforced 24 hours a day.  Unless the parking sign clearly dictates a certain time of parking enforcement (i.e., Faculty/Staff 停车 only from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.), all regulations should be considered enforceable at all times.
• Overnight visitors are required to register vehicles and obtain a visitor's pass from the Viking Woods 住房 Office.
• All parking regulations of the College and state laws of Missouri must be obeyed at all times while parking on campus.
• No person shall park in a designated handicapped space without a state issued handicapped placard.  Violators are subject to a fine, not only by the College, but the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.
• If a vehicle is parked that interferes with the safe flow of traffic or poses a safety concern to the community, the vehicle will be subject to tow at the owner's expense.
